Collab is proud to announce the development of a new App concept for Customer Contact.

Imagine a multichannel App which lets customers choose the best way to contact you: in-App services, chat, video, voice, social networks, and explanatory videos, all over 3G or Wi-Fi. Enabling you to maximize human resources, cutting on costs and reaching customers the way they prefer.

All in one App, right where and when your customers need, available for iOS and Android phones.

Bosnia-Herzegovina Telecom (http://www.bhmobile.ba) premiered this Collab innovation via partnership with ComTrade, taking its customer care to the next level.

Tomorrow I have an interview with the marketing manager Carlos V. They are soon launching a new App. Exciting news.

Africa Com makes all things possible.
